1. Delivery Locations
We deliver our products across India.

2. Delivery Timeframe
Domestic Orders (within India) * Once your order is confirmed, the estimated delivery time will depend on your location: Free shipping within India Delhi/NCR: 2-4 business days( same day or next day delivery is also available with extra shipping cost ) Other Metro Cities: 4-6 business days Remote Areas: 6-8 business days NOTE: Your shipment may be further delayed during holidays, bad weather, natural disasters, political unrest, and curfews. We sincerely appreciate your patience during these times and promise to do everything in our power to deliver your items as soon as possible. International Orders (Outside India) Delivery charges apply on international orders. No return and exchange applicable on International orders. Orders might take 10-15 working days to get delivered for International orders.
3. Shipping Charges
  • Free shipping within India : Delivery on the same or next day is also possible, however there will be an additional shipping fee.
  • Outside of India : Based on the country and total weight of shipment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment in real-time.
5. Delivery Process
  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery at the shipping address provided during checkout.
  • In case the delivery fails (e.g., due to incorrect address or recipient not available), a second attempt will be made.
  • If delivery fails after the second attempt, the package will be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. Inspection on Delivery
We recommend inspecting the package for any visible damage before accepting the delivery. If the package is damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately at abnitiohair@gmail.com or call us at 9999241742.
7. Delays in Delivery
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email or phone, and you may choose to wait or cancel your order for a full refund.
8. International Shipping
At present, we offer limited international shipping. For international orders, please contact us directly to confirm if we can ship to your location and the applicable shipping charges.
